I've been using them for 3 years and have never had any complaints until now. The clothes rack has been broken for 4 days with no estimated time for repair. And they haven't offered any resolution. So my clothes are being held hostage until further notice. Not a very professional way to handle an inconvenient situation for your customers.
The drive thru is a nice touch and the employees are great, but each time I've gone there to pick up my clothes at the time they said it would be done it hasn't been done. If you cant get it there on time then why tell me.
Nikoos cleaners is my go to cleaners I've been coming here for 3 years now and not once have I got let down. I bring my most valuable clothing here because I trust them and know they will do a good job. The customer service is also very good great communication and welcoming. There is times I need my clothes the same day and they make it happen I always recommend nikoos to family and friends.
We love this place! We moved farther away last year but continue to drive to this dry cleaners because they do such a great job!
