Good hardware store, with a Mom & Pop's feeling. Prices are ok and is true you cannot find a lot of help, but when you do they go all the way!

Great Store for home projects. Beats Lowe's and Home Depot hands down for any do it yourself project. To bad this location is closing rather than expanding to be on the same level with the bigger Menards sister stores in the upper Midwest.
Terrible service. Went in trying to purchase an ac unit and nobody seemed to know what was going on! No employees could be found to help me, and when the cashier finally got someone to the front they couldn't give me a clear answer. He went and asked other employees for help and nobody knew anything. One employee was sitting with his feet kicked up on the desk and hands behind his head! I finally just walked out. I will gladly pay a little extra and go anywhere else than to have to deal with such poor service.
