Lucky me cause the branch in Arlington knew what they where doing and I got it done just like the 800 number said I could..

Worst branch Manager and team ever!!!
Don't walk in at 9:05 am after they just opened cause nobody wants to get up from behind the desk to help explain why the 800 number tells you one thing but the Manager wants to tell you that she's not sure why they would tell you that over the phone.
Everyone here is so friendly and easy to talk to. I was immediately greeted and even complimented when I walked in the door and my transaction was fast and simple. I've always had good experiences at this location, would recommend!
